"Solid Experience and Faster Shipping Than Expected"
I ordered a few trailer parts the shipping was quicker than I expected. I got the tracking info the next day, and the box showed up in good shape. It wasn’t overnight fast or anything, but still faster than a few other places I’ve ordered from before. The only reason I’d say 4 stars is the tracking updates could’ve been a little clearer. Overall though, I’m happy with the delivery time and would recommend giving them a try.

"Of Course One Piece Was Missing"
Ordered a spindle hub kit and, like always with stuff like this, one little part was missing, the dust cap. Everything else fit fine, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I still had to wait around and then go buy the cap locally. Annoying when the order is supposed to be complete

I had a broken part on my trailer and wasn’t sure what I needed to order. I sent them a quick message, and they helped me figure out the right replacement without making it complicated. The part showed up fast and fit exactly like it was supposed to. What could’ve been a totally avoidable headache ended up being way easier than I expected. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Easy return, just a little unclear at first"
I ended up ordering the wrong part, which was totally on me. I kind of assumed the return process would be a hassle, but it was actually simple. They got back to me in a reasonable amount of time, and once they received the item, the refund came through without any issues. Shipping it back was a bit annoying, but I figured that would probably be the case. Overall, it was a good experience. I just wish the return instructions were a little clearer from the start.

I found the parts I needed fast, and checkout went through without any hassle. I did have a quick question, and support basically said, “Yep, that’s the right part for your setup,” which made me feel better before ordering. Overall, really smooth experience.

The parts arrived fine and everything seemed to be there, but the install guidance was kind of lacking. I’m not sure if I just missed something, but the instructions felt general and I had to look around online to figure out a few steps. For the price, I guess I expected a bit more clarity. I did get it installed in the end, it just took more effort than I thought it would.

Customer service was okay, nothing terrible, but the slow replies really messed up what I had planned for the day. I was trying to figure out which part I needed and expected to get it sorted quickly, but it ended up taking longer than I thought. Once they finally got back to me, they did answer my questions and were helpful enough. I just wish they had been faster, because waiting around for a response kind of threw everything off.

"Found the Part, But Price Felt a Bit High"
I was able to find what I needed, so that part was fine. I didn’t do a super deep price comparison or anything, but from the few other trailer parts sites I checked, the prices seemed a little higher here. Shipping didn’t really make the deal feel any better either. Overall, not a bad experience, just probably not the best option if you’re shopping around for the lowest price...

"Refund was way easier than I expected"
I had to cancel my order and I was low-key stressing about the refund like it was going to turn into some huge ordeal. But I messaged them, and they handled it so fast I was actually shocked. The money showed back up without me having to chase anyone down or send a million follow-ups. Such a relief! Super easy experience overall, and for that I’d happily give them 5 stars.
